Replacement Policy

  • You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being replaced, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

  • As of now, we do not offer refunds. However, you can request a replacement within the specified period.
  • If your replacement request is approved, we will send you a new item.

Return Shipping

  • To return your product for a replacement, please contact our support team at support@twicso.shop.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
